1. Eligibility

Students enrolling in MMI GSA should provide accurate registration details, be at least 16 years old (or register with parent/guardian consent if younger), and use the website lawfully.

2. Student Account

Each student receives one personal account. Students must keep login credentials confidential, not share accounts, and use only their own registered account. MMI GSA may suspend accounts involved in unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Course Access

Upon successful payment, students receive access to online videos, practical demonstrations, study materials, PDFs, quizzes, assignments, and certificates (where applicable). Access duration depends on the purchased course.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials — videos, images, PDFs, handbooks, presentations, quizzes, course notes, logos, and website content — are the exclusive intellectual property of MMI Global Skill Academy. Unauthorized copying, downloading, recording, uploading, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Video Protection

MMI GSA uses secure video streaming technology with DRM and watermarking. Students must not:

• Download videos.
• Record the screen.
• Share access links.
• Upload videos to YouTube or social media.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent course cancellation, and legal action where applicable.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Course access begins only after successful payment verification.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Students are encouraged to attend the Free Demo before purchasing any course.

8. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to attend courses sincerely, complete assignments, respect instructors and fellow learners, and use course materials ethically. Any abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior may result in account suspension.

9. Certificates

Certificates are issued only after meeting attendance requirements (if applicable), successfully completing the required assessments, and satisfying course completion criteria. MMI GSA reserves the right to withhold certificates if requirements are not met.

10. Placement & Career Support

MMI GSA provides career guidance, interview preparation, and placement assistance where applicable. However, employment cannot be guaranteed, as hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

11. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and an updated web browser. MMI GSA is not responsible for issues caused by the student's device or internet service.

12. Website Availability

We strive to keep our website available at all times. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, software updates, security improvements, or network issues.

13. Privacy

Student information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell student data.

14. Account Suspension

MMI GSA may suspend or terminate accounts if a student shares login credentials, violates copyright, copies course materials, uses abusive language, attempts unauthorized access, or engages in fraudulent activity.

15. Changes to Courses

MMI GSA reserves the right to update lessons, improve content, add new modules, and modify course structure. These updates are intended to improve the learning experience.

16. Limitation of Liability

MMI GSA is not liable for internet failures, device malfunctions, third-party service interruptions, student misuse of course content, or employment outcomes.

17. Digital Content License

Course access grants a personal, non-transferable license to learn. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the student.

MMI GSA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
