Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing MMI Global Skill Academy. We strive to provide high-quality online and offline technical training. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Free Demo First
Before purchasing any paid course, students are encouraged to attend our Free Demo Class. This helps you understand the course quality, teaching methodology, language, practical approach, and course structure. Once you are satisfied, you may proceed with enrollment with full confidence.
2. Online Course Purchases
Our online courses provide immediate access to digital learning materials โ videos, PDFs, quizzes, and downloadable resources. Therefore, all online course purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been activated.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally.
- Payment deducted but course access was not provided due to a verified technical issue.
- Wrong amount charged due to a system error.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will not be accepted if:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong course without contacting us beforehand.
- You did not have time to complete the course.
- You did not like the teaching style after accessing the course.
- You forgot to cancel before accessing course materials.
- Your internet connection or device prevented you from watching videos.
- You shared your login credentials with others.
5. Course Transfer
If eligible and approved by MMI GSA, a purchased course may be transferred once to another available course of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid). This is subject to management approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Note: Applicable payment gateway transaction charges may be deducted from the refunded amount where relevant.
8. Course Cancellation by MMI GSA
If MMI Global Skill Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose either a full refund, or a transfer to the next available batch or another equivalent course.
9. Account & License Protection
Course access is licensed to one registered student only. Sharing login credentials, or unauthorized recording, downloading, redistribution, or resale of course content may result in immediate account suspension without refund, and may lead to legal action. All course content is protected by digital rights management (DRM) and watermarking.
10. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted through support@mmigsa.com or ๐ +91 96771 37156, and must include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email
- Mobile Number
- Course Name
- Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund
11. Final Decision
All refund requests are reviewed individually. The final decision rests with MMI Global Skill Academy Management. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and this Refund Policy.
