2. Online Course Purchases

Our online courses provide immediate access to digital learning materials — videos, PDFs, quizzes, and downloadable resources. Purchases of the Master of Electric Vehicle Technology course are covered by the 3-Day Progress-Based Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 3 below. All other online courses and tiers are non-refundable once course access has been activated, except as described in Section 4 (General Refund Eligibility).

3. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Master of Electric Vehicle Technology)

We want you to enrol with confidence. For the Master of Electric Vehicle Technology online course, we offer a limited money-back guarantee based on how much of the course you have accessed, so genuine learners are protected while misuse of our digital content is prevented.

We encourage every learner to watch the introductory lessons before deciding whether this course is the right fit for their learning goals.

• Course progress is tracked automatically by our Learning Management System and is used to determine refund eligibility.
• If downloadable course materials (PDF notes, resources) have been downloaded, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied depending on the extent of access.
• This guarantee is limited to one refund per learner for this course, and applies to first-time purchases only.
• MMI GSA reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated refund claims.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID (see Section 11).
• Certificates of completion, once issued, are non-transferable and will be revoked upon refund approval.
• This guarantee applies to the Master of Electric Vehicle Technology (Tier 1) course only. Practical/hands-on tiers with in-person training components are governed by Section 7 (Offline Training) instead.

4. General Refund Eligibility

Outside of the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee above, a refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally.
• Payment deducted but course access was not provided due to a verified technical issue.
• Wrong amount charged due to a system error.
• For School Student and College Student tier purchases, a valid Student/College ID was not submitted, or did not pass verification. In this case, the order is cancelled and the full amount is refunded automatically — this is separate from, and unaffected by, the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Outside of the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee window, refund requests will not be accepted if:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You purchased the wrong course without contacting us beforehand.
• You did not have time to complete the course.
• You did not like the teaching style after accessing the course.
• You forgot to cancel before accessing course materials.
• Your internet connection or device prevented you from watching videos.
• You shared your login credentials with others.

6. Course Transfer

If eligible and approved by MMI GSA, a purchased course may be transferred once to another available course of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid). This is subject to management approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Note: Applicable payment gateway transaction charges may be deducted from the refunded amount where relevant.

9. Course Cancellation by MMI GSA

If MMI Global Skill Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose either a full refund, or a transfer to the next available batch or another equivalent course.
